The Tree Branch Cottage Pepper Mills are handmade in Ontario from reclaimed wood. Each one is completely unique.

In 2005 Cam Lavers came up with the design idea after cutting down a dead Elm tree in his backyard. Since then he has copyrighted the design, and have been making pepper and salt mills using an original and simply stunning material. No live trees are damaged in making these mills, all the wood is from previously fallen trees.

A water based finish, from a home based business eliminates any environmental harm caused by most other manufacturing facilities.

Using a CrushGrind mechanism that is ceramic, adjustable and has a 25 year guarantee. It is durable and an environmentally sound product. These grinders can be filled with anything that can be ground. Peppercorns, rock salt, fennel, any grind-able spice is no match for these mechanisms.
