We only offer exchange or return to store credit (which can be used at The Travel Bug or the Bee’s Knees) within 14 days of purchase on most items. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were sold in with a receipt. All returns are subject to approval from staff. 

We do not offer direct return for cash/credit refund on any items.

We do not offer exchange or return to gift card for the following items:

Masks, socks, underwear, perishable items including food, bath and body products, and any sale items. 

For online orders that have already been shipped, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the store.
