Opinel No.08 Slim Folding Knife

The No.08 slim knife is the smallest folding fillet knife we offer. It's small enough to be an everyday pocket knife or folding steak knife, but large enough to fillet small fish. Because the blade is relatively short, the flexibility of the No.08 is slightly less than the larger slim knives.
